1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the pharmaceutical nature of our products and the health and safety regulations surrounding consumable liquids, all sales are final. Once a product has been dispatched from our facility, we cannot accept returns for a refund. This ensures that every bottle sold to our customers is factory-sealed and has never been tampered with.

2. Reshipment Policy (The "Arrival Guarantee")

While we do not offer cash refunds, we do offer a 100% Reshipment Guarantee. If your order is lost in transit, held by logistics, or arrives damaged, we will reship your entire order one time at our expense.

Note: This guarantee does NOT apply if the tracking information shows the package as "Delivered" to the address provided at checkout.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is leaking, broken, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To qualify for a replacement:
• You must provide clear photos of the shipping box and the damaged product.
• The original factory seal must still be intact on the bottle.
• Replacements will be dispatched via Express shipping within 48 hours of claim approval.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for a full refund only if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Because we often ship orders same-day, please contact us immediately at our support email if you need to cancel. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Payment Disputes

We encourage all customers to reach out to our support team first to resolve any issues. We are committed to ensuring you receive your product and are satisfied with your purchase.
