1. Discreet Packaging Guarantee

Your privacy is our absolute priority. All orders are vacuum-sealed to prevent scent and movement. We ship using plain, unmarked cardboard boxes with no mention of "Cough Syrup Store" or the product contents on the exterior. The return address used is a generic fulfillment center.

2. Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed immediately upon payment confirmation.
Same-Day Shipping: Orders confirmed before 2 PM EST are dispatched the same day.
Standard Processing: Orders confirmed after 2 PM are dispatched within 24 hours.
Please note: We do not ship on Sundays or major public holidays.

Once your package is scanned into the courier system, a Tracking Number will be sent to your registered email address. You can follow your shipment's progress in real-time. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking link to update.

5. Delivery Issues & Insurance

We provide a Delivery Guarantee on all insured shipments. If a package is confirmed lost in transit (not showing as "Delivered"), we will provide a one-time reshipment at no extra cost. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery or for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
